    No, not at all.  And right now it's a lot, but dealing with it head on is my way.   And someone I've been friends with since ninth grade died today.  She's been part of my life every day since we met in ninth grade........a lifelong friend.   Sadness and sorrow  are part of the journey.  Feeling these things is part of being human.
