  • Went to lunch at The Cheesecake Factory once. Paid almost $30 for a burger, fries and a drink. Have not been back.

That place is pricey for sure. What would a burger have cost if you didn't order the fries/drink? Thank you for your reply Karen and Happy Saturday! :)

  • I don't remember the individual prices, just what my total bill came to.

I wonder if there's anything that Donald Trump could do that would not make you whine. Nope, I can't even envision it.

    Hello Rosie:

Call me a snob if you like, but if I went to 21, I would NEVER order a hamburger.

    Hello again, Karen:

Boy, oh boy..  The pre-theater menu is only $48.  I have NO idea what Gulf Shrimp Arrabbiata IS, but I'd ORDER it.

  • I love shrimp, but my budget doesn't love those prices. I feel I'm eating fancy if I go to Logan's :)

Why would I do that excon?  I just gave  that little hamburger tidbit as a "fr instance".   I'd  read the entire menu and then choose what appealed to me the most. He** it could be a burger! Sometimes that's what I"m hungry for.  It could also be chateau briand or lobster or filet mignon or pheasant under glass too. I just don't know. I wonder if you can see a menu on the internet? Just in case I'm ever in New York and slumming. Never can tell. Thank you for your reply excon! :) This post was edited by RosieG at November 19, 2016 4:45 AM MST

    He is rich......not news.

The most I have paid for a burger was about $15 on vacation in CA not only was it the most expensive it was also the worst tasting burger i ever tasted. I don't know what they put in the beef but it was nasty. But we also ordered sliders from another place and they tasted the same....so was something that CA people must like. We also had the nastiest pizza ever at Disneyland. While we truly enjoyed our vacation  (Disneyland, SeaWorld, Universal studios, Lego Land) we were glad to get back to home and good food. Golden Corral never tasted so good.
