PET says everyone knew he did a lot of business with foreign countries. True. But it is ILLEGAL for the prez to do so. Will he divest It?

If he had released his tax returns that would show where the income comes from. But he never will so we will never know what he is doing.  He can say he divested but continue doing business. How would we know? Does that  bother anyone at all?
