I'm sick. I have a fever. My head hurts. Would an ice pack be good for this headache?

I already took ibuprofen. It may be allergies. Ugh...

    Try putting a cold wash cloth on the back of your neck, and one on your forehead.

    It isn't likely you would have a fever from allergies unless you have a sinus infection.  If that's the case, you need to see a doctor.
