    Hello Rosie:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Pursuant to what he SWEARS to do, his primary duty is to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution..  Protecting you and me ain't mentioned.

I'm sure you're aware that since the election PET has only had TWO intelligence briefings. Obama had them daily when he was prez-elect and in fact asked to be updated even more often than that.  More than once daily. Apparently PET has more important things to do than to listen to the security problems affecting America.  As of today it has been 17 days after he was elected and he has declined 15 days' worth of intelligence  briefings information. Mike Pence has managed to make time for almost-daily briefings.  Thank you for your reply excon and Happy Friday. Hope your Thanksgiving was beyond hunky dorry! :)
