Good at it. Why would anyone be embarrassed to haggle? Haggling is an integral part of doing business and exchange and it's kinda sad that it isn't popular across the board anymore. The consumer has lost power ditching it as a go to. In fact at one time in relatively recent history it was never assumed anyone would pay an asking price and every sale would involve some haggling on the price of a product. Haggling a price is liberating and leads to the most fair price for both parties involved.
