I've only worked at one place my entire life that gave a crap about people smoking pot even when they did do drug testing. As long as it wasn't on the clock. Oddly enough the one place that was big on it was a freaking grocery store worried the custodians might smoke pot. Like anyone would want an overnight job mopping floors without getting stoned afterwards. SMGDH
