Isn't it strange that Petraeus, who was CONVICTED of mishandling classified data, is under consideration for Secretary of State???

Hello:

Welcome to LA LA Land, where the right wing SCREAMS lock her up, and she's never been convicted of ANYTHING, and we have Petraeus, who is ON probation for mishandling classified data, is being considered for Secretary of State...

Will someone wake me when it's over??

Wow. Petraeus had one email with a mistress and you compare that to Hillary's 30,000 emails that were deleted after they were subpoenaed?
    Unbelievable.

    Hello D:

Nahhh....  I'm comparing a criminal CONVICTION to NO criminal conviction...  Look..  If they can convict a very popular general, doncha think they could convict Hillary???

Without going into further detail I have the hunch CONVICTED is the major point here. Have a lovely day.

  • My thought was that they *tried to find evidence re Hillary...they tried their damndest and it DID hurt her campaign, you could say it influenced a lot of people..  but they didn't find any evidence that could be used to convict her... reason being it wasn't there.. A better question would be why on earth did they allow an ongoing investigation to be made public news? very suspicious.. almost like they were given false information.. yea fed by the russians allegedly.

You have to get tried to get convicted. Hillary has had a LOT of protection from prosecution. As long as she is protected she will not get Convicted.

    Hello again, D:

Lemme say again, IF they can convict a WAR HERO, they can convict a Clinton..  That you think she was protected, and Patraeus wasn't, is just so much Trump crapola..

    Hello again, D:

Ok, you BELIEVE that the feds are bought off.  I got it.. But, there are around 25 states that are 100% controlled by Republicans.  IF she violated federal law like you think she did, she absolutely violated state law.  Yes, security matters are federal, but LYING under oath is a STATE crime.

Do you think she bought off, at a minimum, 25 Attorney's General from states like Alabama???

States do not have jurisdiction over federal cases. She did not violate state laws. She lied under oath in Washington DC not a state. No state would have jurisdiction.

They are not bought off. BO simple told them they would not find a smidgen of evidence against her. Guess what? The FBI did find evidence but did nothing with it. The Justice Department stated they would not prosecute her anyway.

There is a reason more and more states are controlled by republicans and only seven by democrats.

Hillary was protected by Obamas crooked and incompetent administration so she could continue his loser policies.

  • And Trump who has, we are told, countless law suits against him.. do we think HE will just get away with it? You bet!

It's not strange at all.  It's business as usual.  If you think Trump will drain the swamp, I have a bridge in Brooklyn you might want to buy.
