Was Obama toothless for 8 years? I wouldn't say that. A president can iniate policy that takes years to undo. National health care comes to mind. Not to mention sending or pulling out troops in various parts of the world.
I wasn't sure about it O so I looked it up this morning. I wanted to know who is really boss. Well the prez can veto anything he wants but Congress can overturn it with a 2/3 majority vote in the house and the senate. Now with PET being a Republican and a Republican majority in both house and senate it probably isn't gonna happen. I also expect him to load SCOTUS with ALT RIGHT WHITE folk so everyone will be on the same page. You know PET will reverse a lot of what Obama did. He might not even want to but he will be pressured to do it by the rest of the government. Thank you for your reply. Obama could have done a he** of a lot more during his 8 years but he was blocked at every turn. He couldda been a contender. He could have been someone :(
