I really enjoy the lil one I am with, but lately he gets up later, so my day is pushed to a half hour later than normal..most families just have had me come regardless if the child is up or not, but I think since this is a first time mom, she likes to dress him/feed him etc. Only thing is, I never know my start time ... it could be one thing one day based on his wake up and a half hour later on another day. I don't know usually when she will be home either, it always fluctuates a half hour to an hour; which is fine mostly, but sometimes has made me have to cancel plans. How do I go about wondering if I coudl do at least one set time on either end (mainly a. m. ?) ...? I don't know whether to just keep bopping time to be accomodating b/c I do enjoy the family or say, 'it would be great for me if I knew what time I start...' ... ?
