So there is no civilian who would have been a good Secretary of Defense. There are no military folks who retired over 7 years ago who would have been a good Secretary of Defense. The only person fit for that job is a man who needs a waiver from Congress to be allowed to take the job. That is very hard to believe. Only one person in the whole entire spectrum of persons? That one? Isn't that scary if true?
