Of course, the company in question is going to raise the price enough to make a decent profit, but the company also has to cover for other expenditures like the hardware, firmware, and software. The companies have to pay to produce the CPU, RAM, SSD storage device, the responsive touch screen, the battery, etc. That plays a role in the end price of the device as well.

Make top of the line phone in murica... Cost 1000, sell for 1100. Make it in China... Cost 300, sell for 1000. It's just business .. It's nothing personal
