PET SHOULD CALL our current government and get permission to interact with other countries' leaders. He doesn't. Why is PET so ignorant?

PET knows nothing about international diplomacy or protocol. He shows no interest in it. I guess he thinks he knows it all. SIGH.

    Maybe he should be hand cuffed to his desk and not allowed to say or do anything without supervision.
