Ever see the tape of the man running AWAY from the cop being shot dead in the back the cop? One juror says he can't convict. WHAT?

He wrote a note to the Judge saying he couldn't "in good conscience"convict the cop. If you've seen the tape it is obvious the man running away was no immediate threat to the cop.  So what kind of mind conscience, good or otherwise, sees something different on that tape than everyone else does?

Without knowing for sure what video you are talking about.
I would say there must be something on the video that is making the juror vote this way.
Normally a good attorney will have dismissed any juror who could not convict based on the possible death sentence (if that is being seeked) or other personal reasons.

    Hello Rosie:

I suspect that he's hung up on the judges instructions somehow.. Looks like he's trying to be a LAWYER instead of a juror.

I saw the tape and don't understand why the cop shot him.

It's not just whether the person is an immediate threat to the officers. They have the right to use force whenever they need to to prevent loss of life- officer or civilian. I have no idea what case you're referring to and have not seen the video, but there are plenty of times when it's appropriate to shoot, even if the person is not approaching you.
