The legal land grab(Eminent Doman) will be changed per PET. He'll eliminate "just compensation" and "fair market value". Why not?

The government will legally be able to confiscate whatever it wants free of charge. Or maybe pay $1?

    Such a change would require a constitutional amendment altering or superceding the language of the Fifth Amendment.
