In the olden days if a foreign government hacked in to US computers the GOP/DEMS would have joined together to stop it. What happened? Now

Now? The unhacked party gloats and refuses to admit it. PET keeps denying it to protect the Chief Russian Hacker. What a sad lot of "patriots" we have that they would fall so low as that. Instead of putting the country first and their fellow Americans first they put a foreign country's dictator first. How sweet it is.  :(

  • Sadly, that's not really true.   China has been caught repeatedly hacking or trying to hack into our systems over the years and we have pretty much just shrugged our shoulders and been letting them get away with it.

For whatever reason our government has shown little concern over and placed little importance on cyber security in general.  From cowering form taking action to foreign cyber attacks, to fighting tooth and nail to force developers to include backdoor's and exploits.

  • In the "olden days" there were no computers to hack. Even when computers began to procreate and multiply we still didn't have an effective Internet to hack until the late 1990s. But animosity between the parties goes way back. Remember Watergate? And McCarthyism?
