  • That's what friends are supposed to be like. Unfailing.

    I think that is God.

I am not in someone's corner if someone is wrong.  I will be their friend, but it is not my friend right or wrong.  It is my friend and what can I do to support you and tell you the truth as well?

    We all actually have
    that unfailing, unconditional,
    presence within ourselves.
...everyone feels it at one time or another,
but we are preoccupied with the world
so it goes by unnoticed mostly.
    ...such a deep unfailing love
    always supporting, always there,
it's the essence of our Being.
    ...
...so, we all do have that in our corner
so how does it feel? :)

It's like being on a rainbow and being able to walk around and enjoy the view because you know your friend has got you securely tied to a bungy cord just in case you slip off. Cheers!

  • The person in my life who has always been unfailingly in my corner  has been my best friend since I was thirteen. He never fails to tell me when I'm being an idiot/jerk or have my head in the clouds or " you sure you wanna wear 'that' out tonight :/ so it's kinda a pain on my ego. But I loves him :) he also brings me soup when I'm sick and hold my hair when I puke and listens to my meltdowns ...so is all good :)

You are in your corner and so am I in my own corner.   That is what counts, what we can rely on. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at December 17, 2016 2:02 PM MST
