    More to do with what has he to gain from the decision than any conscience.  The conscience is what he pretends to use.   The greed and power is what rules his consciousness.

    I'm not sure we have much in place to stop someone that's flaky, good question , what do we do other vote them out? they can do a lot of damage in four years, look what Obama did in eight and  the libs wanted even more with Hillary.  Good thing we came to our senses and got rid of both.
