    I've seen this graphic before OS. Poor little guy on the right. Isn't there a neck brace or something he can get through the AHCA that can straighten his neck? Mahalo and Happy Thursday! :)

    @RosieG -- To be a bit serious for a moment, I read recently owls have very limited eyeball movement. They compensate for that limitation by moving their whole head as needed to obtain the viewing angle they need.

    The owl on the right in the picture is probably just trying to get a better look at something.
