    Agree. And there are laws saying it does not have to be intentional.

    I know that.  I'm really confused now m2c. Really confused. In any case Hillary has done herself much political damage. Nothing like shooting yourself in the foot and then expecting us to believe you didn't know the gun was loaded. Thank you for your reply. Apparently others guilty of less were charged so I dunno. Comey is supposedly very honest and independent and well-respected. I mean if you blow up a building unintentionally why should you walk away from it? Why not pay for your "error of judgment" or whatever the he** excuse you use. I think the political damage is severe. I do. We shall see. :(.
