If someone combs over their hair, do they think they're fooling anybody?? If so, how do YOU know when they're NOT fooling??

I can't, for the life of me, understand WHY someone who combs over his hair, thinks people should TRUST them..  They don't have to say a word..  Just the way they PRESENT themselves is an attempt to FOOL you.

Let's call it Hairgate..

Well, he gives a bad name to anything even those who comb over. 

My grandpa combed his hair over his bald top.   He was the most wonderful, non-lying person ever.  He just thought that looked better than a bald head.  He was not even vain.   He was an Italian immigrant and would have despised Trump.
