Mine is fifteen meters across, for training young horses. A near neighbour has one of ten meters - so, yes, mine is bigger - size determined by type of training - not an issue of status or competition.

Try having a cuddle with one - they love a good scratchy massage in the places they can't reach. Sammi is gently playful. The others are smoochy. Having a ride is a lovely way to see the countryside.
