"Turf War" going on now between Obama and PET. How outrageous is that?

Not particularly. National politics is one long ongoing "turf war." Various people and institutions are ALWAYS battling to expand their own power at the expense of others. Our constitutional system is supposed to utilitze the "turf war" to check any one faction from dominating. It doesn't always do so effectively.
