Is the job of the Speaker of the House(Paul Ryan) to say we should withhold security information from Hillary after the Convention? What is his authority and has he overreached? Why?

As you know, Rosie, it's not my country, but given that only the President has the authority to invite people like the Israeli Prime Minister to the White House, I would bet that Ryan has no such authority. But he will probably try it anyway.
