Hypothetically, if the zombie Apocalypse occurred, which countries would fair better or worse?

Why?

And why isn't there a zombie Apocalypse category?  It's going to happen eventually according this this book I'm reading "Zombies are coming and what ya gonna do about it?"

     America would excel because we created the movie;" Night of the Living Dead." Then along came the musical act;" The Zombies," followed by "Rob Zombie". That sure is a lot of Zombies.

    The northern countries have a better chance as long as they can find a way to keep the living warm. I hear zombies don't do well in cold weather.
