Josh Earnest was reacting to the fact that many of the Trump nominees have not submitted the REQUIRED proper forms/records to the Ethics Committee or been properly vetted by the Ethics Committee which needs to occur PRIOR to confirmation hearings and the Republican Senators don't seem to give rat's a** about it. McConnell is very loud about the degree of his not caring a RAT'S A**.
