its weird , since there is polices on earth, people thinks, they might not attack someone, but it seems it means in their minds, they can always attack people verbally...
because they know nothing will retraces it...
polices dont arrest someone because he intimidate someone else...
but one day the guy is just going to be really ****** of, and might come to you and shoot you death.
