For those who keep hoping PET will become "presidential" this is as good as it gets. He's 70 and already knows everything. Right?

He never makes mistakes. There is no reason to expect him to change since he is already perfect. Deal with it. Get used to is. This the president some elected and we are stuck with him. I don't know for how long. Perhaps his "conflicts of interest" will rise to the level of a Constitutional crisis and he will have to be replaced. One never knows for sure where the ax will fall.

    He is a prime example of that old idiom "you can't teach an old dog new tricks."  

    Once the Republicans can't get what they want from him & he gives them a gaff big enough to sink their teeth into, they will work with the Dems in a move to impeach him.  Then, we will be left with old stick up the *** Pence.

    You do have a way with words Harry. You are quite succinct. I don't see an extraneous/unnecessary word there. Yep! Unless a miracle occurs. You've heard of them of course. Whether they really exist or not I cannot say for sure but I am open to experiencing  one NOW. Something/anything to extricate us from this morass which was not of our making but certainly exactly what the PET worshippers want. Go figger! Thank you for your reply! :) What I'm waiting to see is how PET reacts when Putin is done with him and casts him aside like an old aging mistress. That should be a riot! :(

    I agree with your thoughts about Putin although I do wonder if he will ever be done with Trump.  Trump is rich, and now, will always be powerful as long as he is living.  Putin likes that unholy combo.  In any event, I think as long as Trump is in the White House, Putin will always have use for him.  He likes playing with his puppets, Master Putin does.  And what could be better than playing Puppetmaster with the head of the U.S. Government?
