What are the qualities of historical greatness? Is Obama great? Is George W. Bush great?

O'Bama is an excellent orator. (speaker) However, not everyone will agree with him. I guess Geo. W. Bush is not so good at speeches, and others will not agree with him. What?

OMG George W Bush was an idiot.. dumber than mud.. we laughed like drains over here at his speeches and how often he got things wrong..  what an idiot..  Mind you.. Trump makes George W look like a saint with a high IQ,

SO great.. Obama.. well not really great but we didn't have to laugh at him.. well ok only once* but we did thnk he was sane and reasonable and doing his best... so perhaps great in the scheme of things that America does have a habit of choosing nutso presidents in recent years... 

I judge by what I perceive as good character in a president, regardless of party affiliation or even policy. 

Wow what a great question.  It is doubly hard to answer considering we were not there to accurately document what actually occurred.   There is only one Judge and that is You and your Maker.   Who else would know what was in the heart and mind of the one making the decisions that affected history?
