After the murder of 5 policemen and injury to 7 policemen in Dallas both Clinton and Trump called off rallies. Why are the murders of policemen worse than any murder of anyone?

Good question, it's like an unwritten law or something. A perfect example of the preferential treatment is in the sentencing of the murderers, if you kill a cop you get an automatic death sentence, if us folk get killed the murderer might get only 7 years, maybe 25, but in State prison doing 1/2 time they're out in 14, lol.
