Anything.  I have On Demand - I'm sure there's something I can watch.

Any of the NCIS franchises, Elementary, Shooter, The Blacklist, Major Crimes, Blue Bloods - even cartoons would be more entertaining.

I will watch the inauguration like all the other true red blooded Americans will be doing, Supporting our President, let the phonies stay home where they belong.
All REAL Veterans will be too.

  • Somehow I don't think the same people would be saying that if Hilary were being sworn in.

  • January 20 is not only Inauguration Day it's my dog's 17th birthday. We'll probably dig out an old DVD of Inspector Rex and watch it with her. (I think she has a crush on him.)

Happy birthday to her and kudos to you for your excellent care of her! : )

  • Thanks, Savvy. She's getting to the end of the line but she's still hanging in. Almost blind, almost deaf, can't walk very well, but she's in no pain and seems to be enjoying life so we're sticking with her.

I understand completely. Best thing to do is to make the best of what she has left and try not to dwell on the inevitable end. I guess that's true for all of us, though.

  • Ain't that a fact. It's interesting to grow old with your dog. You understand exactly what they're going through. :)

Paint dry, my dog chasing her tail, the ceiling fan go 'round, CSPAN reruns, test patterns.... anything but that.

I'll probably lurk around here like I usually do.  Not a big TV watcher anyway.

  • You know ... they say, "If you sit on the river bank, long enough, you'll see your enemies float by."  Maybe I'll do that.
