Is this a NOT to shabby rating (60) for a POTUS who has received total disdain from the GOP?

Washington (CNN)President Barack Obama will leave office Friday with his highest approval rating since 2009, his presidency largely viewed as a success, and a majority saying they will miss him when he is gone. The latest poll, released Wednesday by CNN/ORC, found that 60 percent of Americans approve of his performance in office, his best score since June 2009.  (NOT TO SHABBY SHOULD READ..not TOO shabby.

People like Obama, but don't like his policies. Democrats have lost more seats under Obama then under any other president.
