It's not a hard concept. Try wrapping when you are sober.
You might not want to have an argument with your partner say in a quiet bank line up...not the place OR the time.
The fact that it IS happening NOW makes it the time and the place automatically.
So this is the time and the place.
Whether or not to continue keeping it the time and place is another issue entirely. Maybe the fact that it was presented in this exact time and place lends towards the argument of stopping it's continuation in said Timeandplace.

just like in class when the teacher is teaching and other students are doing homework and talking to each other trying to figure out the homework, i think thats extremely rude and it makes it harder for me to learn the stuff
