First, I would say he could have suggested prosecution for her and chose not to and second she sabotaged herself. If she had not done the private server and erased some 33,000 e-mails nothing would have happened.

The Comey said the FBI NEVER COMMENTS ON ONGOING INVESTIGATIONS! He lied. He told chapter and verse about the Hillary email investigations 3 TIMES and never said one word about the Russian attack on our internet. to benefit The Donald! Not one friggin' word! You think that's fair? Of course you do or you would not have answered as you did. I think it sucks BIGTIME. So we disagree? SO WHAT? Thank you for your reply Swoop 62 and Happy Tuesday to you.
I heard about the possible Russian or some Organization hacking before the election as we all did, but Obama chose to do nothing then as they thought Clinton would win any way. And in reality how many changed their votes because of what was leaked which by the way was not disputed as facts. If they had not e-mailed what they had, the hack would have done nothing. Its like they got caught and then blame the ones that caught them. So when Clinton lost, then it became relevant, just like the missing e-mails, the popular vote and so on and that all Trump supporters are racist, homophobic, uneducated etc. And we do disagree and if Clinton had won I would not be happy but would not continue sour grapes and would accept the outcome and hope all goes well.
She was wrong to do what she did. It's better to come out before she gets in rather than after, right? After all, it was HER mistake. She made her own bed with that one.
Comey wasn't any more help to Trump than the Russians were. His vacillations were as amateurish as the wishy washy actions of the Clinton campaign. Embracing Comey as some kind of hero and then viciously trashing him was as much a sign of ineptitude as any recent actions of the FBI.
