I'm a fatalist. "It is appointed to each man once to die..." I reckon there's a date out there with my name on it. I certainly wouldn't want to get there any faster.

We just watched the final. You probably know that Sarina won 6-4, 6-4. When Venus was making her runner-up speech she pointed toward Sarina and said, "That's my little sister."
I was so hoping that Venus would win as you know. She has battled some kind of medical condition and even so she got to the FINAL of one of the 4 majors! Amazing! I won't tell Jim who won. Right now it's 3:15 am Saturday California time and the match will be shown here starting at 6am! I guess it would have been a miracle if Venus had won. I was hoping for one. Fingers crossed with Roger. But if Rafa wins we won't be upset. They are two magnificent players and terrific guys. It's just that we don't know when Roger will retire. Rafa is younger and hopefully has a few more years! Happy Saturday my friend! :)

I forgot I'd commented here when I left a comment on your other question. That was yesterday and this is a brand new day. I've been away with the Zzzzzzzs.
