In the border town of Chuy we walked from Uruguay into Brazil just to say we'd been there.

I lived in Washington for a few years and never made it up to the border. I feel a little stupid about that now that I'm in Florida. Oh well. I bought some land up there and will be going back in the not too distant future. :)

Many years ago we walked across the USA/Mexico border but I swear I don't remember which one it was. It was not in California though. I hated it though............small begging children everywhere. Someone had told us what to expect but I was uncomfortable. We turned around and returned to our car after about 15 minutes. I hope it is not still like it was then.
