Well, since Africa has to have the most corrupt governments in most  all of their countries?  They are worse --MUCH worse --than any other place on earth.  SO?   Who cares what they say.

  I doubt if they said that anyway.  Most African natives  live in poverty and fear and under the yoke of some demon from hell as a rule.  So, I doubt if anyone is scared to come here. They cannot afford to.
