My place on the Gulf of Mexico. I've been enjoying these sunsets my whole life. Also there are places in the Smokies where sunsets are so beautiful you are apt to lose a tear.
My favourite place was and is Siesta keys beach on a Sunday evening ... I go there few times a year. They have a drum circle Sunday's and the sand is soooo very white ..... Bah! I had personal video post but can't.... It's lovely. Cos I said so.
There's nothing like a Carolina sunset. The picture is a sunset from the peak of our very own Hanging Rock state park. I've stood in that very spot and it is a fantastic view!
The most beautiful one I ever saw was in Laguna Beach, California. We are the "Sunset state" :)

Sounds like a place to go to die. Sorry.............but, yeah, it kind of does. I prefer the Sunshine State and I've lived in both. I also prefer the Evergreen State. Alabama the Beautiful is, well, exceptionally beautiful too. Those are the states in which I've lived. And, California was really just an extended stay for a few months while daughter in hospital there. I did have the joy of finding and renting an apartment and experiencing some of the kookiness I had heard about..............................all the way on the other side of America. :)
