Are the Notifications not working this morning or is it just me?

I didn't see any when I came on this morning even though I knew I had a private message in my e-mail.

    Apparently not. I don't get them right now, but haven't seen if my settings have changed. I've watched out if I could see JA around and was going to message her when I saw her.

    I am getting them in my list but it is not showing the number saying they are new. I just randomly click the bell to see.

    That's it, none of the red alert boxes shows right now. So we cannot see when we get new notifications about PM's, friends requests, or comments.
