Discussion»Questions»Television and Movies» Melissa McCarthy's(SNL) takeoff on Sean Spicer was as SPOT ON as Alec Baldwin's was of Sean's boss. Anyone see it? What didja think?
I found it extremely funny, but that was without the benefit of knowing anything at all about Spicer and/or his mannerisms, voice, stature, etc.
I need to add that McCarthy impressed the heck out of me with the way she stayed in character, even in those parts of the slit where anyone else would have busted up laughing. What a top-notch performer!
Sorry SNL is no longer funny to me. I don't think I will ever watch it again. Hollywood in general has left a really bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths due to their bad, violent and threatening behavior.
