Absolutely! This is why the first evolution of our kind sent out a ship named "Destiny" not only to explore other galaxies but also to find what they called "The God Signal" in order to answer life's biggest question: "How did it all happen."
Then that is the something between nothing. It only makes sense if space is actually something. On the other hand maybe space is nothing, but still something because we call it something and think of it as something. Which is why it takes so long to traverse the nothing to get to the something we think of as a "real" something (i.e. a discernible object like a planet). Maybe if you get over that, then it won't take so long.

Aye, indeed but the question is what space is the final frontier? Most think outer space but what about inner? What about the spaces between?

Yes. Outer space. I think that is implied. The question is not about some inner metaphysical exploration. And the spaces between? Between what and what?
You've been a hippie for far too long or influenced by them to the point that's all you can think about. Inner space is space down to the molecular level. Have you heard of CERN? Particle research is research into inner space. I thought that was implied. The spaces between is referring to dimensional space so NO, outer space or the space between planets, stars and other celestial objects is NOT the final frontier.
