California is NOT the most Liberal State! We're kinda in the middle of the top 10. So why does Trump wanna take away our Federal funding?

In order of the ten most Liberal states we find the following

Massachusetts
Vermont
Hawaii
New York
Oregon
California
Washington
Connecticut
Maryland
New Jersey

    It's not a question of how liberal the state is, but how many cities are "sanctuary" cities.  I'm not familiar with whether or not California is an entire sanctuary state.  Not all of New York State is sanctuary.

    I live in L.A. County which covers much of Southern CA. And I am not sure how many cities are sanctuary cities.
    But I think we are in trouble.
