The AnswerMug Challenge Series, "Go" Figure Edition:

English is a funny (as in weird, not as in ha-ha) language, with its confusing and sometimes contradictory rules, its exceptions to its own rules, its idioms, et cetera. 

This challenge asks you to list as many expressions or phrases as you can that include any form of the word "go", BUT only those that do NOT involve actually or physically going anywhere. "Go figure" is an example, as is "go wild", "go to town", "give it a good going-over", "went to sleep".

Have fun, and don't go to any great lengths to find examples!  (Hey, that's another one, lol.)
