We need a "vote-of-confidence" prez election twice a year. After 6 months we can boot a defective prez and not wait 4 years. Better,right?

  • No, but during an election we should be able to cast a vote of no confidence and if that receives a high enough percentage of the votes the candidates thrown out and new ones brought forth.   The last election was proof positive of that.
