UK politics is much more 'interesting' now. ;-)
Nothing interesting about an orange-tinted baboon spewing hate and ignorance everytime he opens his mouth.

It has not been boring. It is one of the most tense races in history. Are you kidding? The only thing less boring is all the media coverage about the rioting going on all over the place.
Well, HRC is probably the least interesting Democractic presidential candidate since Walter Mondale and while Trump's buffoonery makes for some occasional humor, a steady dose of it simply gets as old as watching someone slip on a banana peel over and over and over again.
There is some historical evidence that the United States is somewhat overdue of a significant political realignment. They occur on average about every 40 years in our history. The last one happened in the 1968-1980 time frame as bigoted f***...er, social "conservatives" who were members of the Democratic Party for historical reasons (i.e. because it was the Lincoln Republicans who kicked their collecitve racist f****** asses) realigned with the Southern Strategy Nixon/Reagan GOP.
That alignment has largely held firm even as the interests of the GOP's bigoted f*, er...socially conservative base has diverged more and more from the quasi-Libertarian plutocrats who run the party. Meanwhile, HRC is the most glaring example of the series of Republican-Lite presidential candidates who have won (or are expected to win) the White House despite being poorly aligned with their party's rank and file.
Over the next 10 or so years, American politics could get VERY interesting. But it probably won't happen until after this current Presidential election.

-Used in American English. My use of British English was adequate, though maybe 'become' would have been better.
Are you kidding?
Kind of. ("Kinda?") Its why I used the ;-) symbol. Though all things are relative and I think you have just been overtaken in the clusterf*** statkes. The world has gone crazy.
I didn't think Hillary was that bad. (kidding)
