    I break them open, read my fortune, then toss the fortune and cookie in the garbage.  Fortune cookies taste like stale vanilla wafers and I'm not a big fan of vanilla wafers.

    Too much info?

  • Your dog will usurp your fortune.  A friend once told me if you can add, "in bed" to the fortune and it still makes a meaningful sentence the fortune will come true.

    Ahhhhh!  You must eat the cookie first!  Even if you are not a vanilla wafer fan or a sugar fan or fortune cookie fan, you must eat the cookie without peeking at it's offerings.
    Then you can read your fortune.
    Somewhere there was a law written about this. 
    You must eat the fortune cookie to absorb the fortune it offered.
    If you do not eat the cookie, your fortune will not hold true!

    Word of the wise: If you don't like cookie, you need sweeten your taste buds.  Eat the cookie. Do not peek at fortune.  You need to let cookie be inside and be part of you.  Then read fortune.  Let it hold true to you.

    I had a feeling I might be setting myself up for this.  A smart Harry you are!  Yes, you are right again.  However, while you are ingesting it within all your intestines, it's wisdom is flowing through your body and mind.  You gather the fortune and your brain starts to formulate how you are going to make it become real.  If it reads you are already a giving and caring person, Harry, it is right on target! Big smiles!

    Hi Patchouli~ I remember long ago, I had or still have a friend who knew the smarts and caring of rats.  May this possibly be the same person I knew before.  It was interesting what this other friend taught me.  About how rats are very loyal and very caring...?!

    Oh but your fortune is in your already gathered wisdom .  That which you have gathered throughout your time spent here.  It's good you don't eat Chinese food.  It is high in many things that my make your handsomeness and dignity not properly digest.

    Growwllly purrfecttt.  Best you just lick your paws and know your fortune is in good hands.  Your human friend knows how to care for your future and fortune.  Think of yourself as fortunate to be in their hands.  No sugar for you and your beautiful teeth. :)

    Either I open them & read the fortune and toss the "cookie", or

    I throw them away. 

    NEVER EVER will I eat them again. I'd rather chew cardboard.
