Men...do you remove your hat when you visit?

Yes,(or is this another question that I do not understand). A gentleman always removes his hat when entering a house, or when in the presence of a lady!!   It shows respect for the homeowner or the lady in question.

I would, if I ever wore one.

I rarely wear hats, but yes, I tend not to wear hats inside, unless I'm at a casual place like a bar or a grocery store. 

I have bought two hats and lost each the first time I took it off.

Rarely.  baseball caps and knit hats don't count.

Always (if I am wearing a hat).
