In whom do YOU trust? The Donald? Has he convinced you that there is no one else who is trustworthy and honest but himself? So far that has been so easy peasy. The hard part will be to get those who are violently ANTI-him to fall into that tidy little group of true believers. What are the odds of his doing that? If he doesn't what shall befall him since he will always KNOW there are many more people ANTI-him than for him? He will fight that by TWITTER BASHING which continues to be a favorite steam venting weapon. He is fast with the finger isn't he? SIGH.
I am NOT a Trump supporter but I think that he deserves a chance to prove himself before people start the bashing. What I call Trump bashing is the Hollywood elite turning awards ceremonies into Trump bashing ceremonies thrusting THEIR opinions forward and spoiling what used to be a wonderful fun filled night. I'm not interested in what Meryl Streep thinks of politics and feels she should lecture the public I just want to watch and see who wins these events gawk at the dresses and enjoy a peak at these movies.
Trump has only been in office for about four weeks and yes there are leaks in the Intelligence community that has been widely accepted so he's not bashing them he's disturbed that people who are charged with keeping things secret are leaking things they personally feel are upsetting to the President to the press and those are dangerous people to have in a position such as this.
I think that Obama created a very, very dangerous situation with Iran, it appears that everyone but him realised that they would continue to create nuclear weapons despite any agreement. Obama created an internal incident when he visited the UK and told the people how to vote in Brexit then threatened us with loss of trade if we didn't do as he said. Obama caused a huge rift in the black/white communities instead of trying to bring them together. People who disagreed with Obama, and I talked to many, didn't riot and protest saying "not my President" because the racist patrol would have had a screaming wobbler. My point in saying all this is that Obama was a seasoned politician who should have known better but Trump has no experience in diplomacy or politics and people should give him a chance.
I do think that Trump should stop with the Twitter, ignore the negative comments in the media and learn to curb his tongue in general. I think he has made some huge mistakes, I think he's a very egotistic, crude man for now, at least, he's the President, by his own words he's said it will be a different kind of Presidency so let him do his thing and see what happens. I will be surprised if he lasts a year, I don't have a vote but if I did I wouldn't have voted for him but that's just my opinion and I'm not screaming it from rooftops.
