    They are also proposing cuts to pay for it. The state department is planned to get a 30% cut.

    Hi my:

    Trump is gonna INCREASE military spending by $54 billion.  The ENTIRE State Dept budget is $38 billion, and the ENTIRE EPA budget is $8 billion.  If he WIPED OUT both of those agencies, he's STILL $9 billion short..

    Math IS hard.

    Far enough I had not looked at the numbers on that. Just seen where former generals sent the letter to Paul about the state department cuts.

  • Tax cuts do not necessarily add to deficit if people are making more money then they pay more taxes even if the rate is lower.  And on the other hand Obama added quite a few bucks to the deficit so only counts if the right adds to it? But I agree we need to lower it some way.
