    The Republicans never had a plan to begin with and they can't see to come together enough amongst themselves to come up with a viable alternative. They are creating all these problems for themselves and aren't men enough to admit it. Fix the problems that the ACA seems to have. Ask the people what the problems are and then fix those. Of course, they won't do that. That's just giving Americans too much power.
